1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Spannr (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Spannr provides a digital vehicle inspection platform for independent auto repair shops, including photo-first inspection workflows, AI-powered note translation, and customer-facing inspection reports.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: uploading malicious content, attempting unauthorized access, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Inspection data, photos, and customer information are stored securely and accessible only to authorized shop members.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Spannr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
